Future Strong

Future Strong is a transformative 12-week program delivered by THRIV3 (Indigenous Corporation), designed to empower young people with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed for a strong and successful future.

Held every Friday, this full-day program engages students in hands-on learning across three core pillars:

The Future Strong program blends education with real-world applications to build student capacity in career development, leadership, and financial literacy. Each session includes structured classroom activities, personal development, reflection time, and individual support — all framed within a culturally safe and responsive learning environment.

Program Highlights:

• Simulated economy using THRIV3 Dollars to teach budgeting, wages, expenses, and financial planning.

• Real job roles including Barista, Admin Assistant, Breakfast Club Manager, and Mentor.

• Practical skills training and certifications in areas like barista service, food safety, career readiness, and digital skills.

• Community connections through guest speakers, cultural knowledge holders, industry mentors, and excursion planning.

• Strong leadership focus, fostering student pride, voice, and responsibility.
