THRIV3 is a proudly Aboriginal-led organisation dedicated to empowering rural and remote communities through inclusive, community-led programs that prioritise culture, connection, education, and opportunity. Based in Trangie, NSW, we work with all community members - Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal - with a strong cultural obligation to create awareness, connection, and opportunity for everyone.

As an Indigenous Corporation (ICN 10165), THRIV3 is guided by cultural values, strong leadership and shaped by the voices of our communities. Our work focuses on strengthening identity, building life skills, supporting employment pathways, and creating safe, inclusive spaces for youth, families, and communities to thrive. Everything we do is underpinned by cultural respect, community inclusion, and long-term impact.
