THRIV3 路 Who We Are
Born from necessity.
Built to cut through.
THRIV3 was created to act fast, act safe, and act with integrity, going beyond what others have done, or never thought of. We do not just assess the person. We assess everything: the environment, the people, the social context, and both the past and the future.

Heart first. Always.
THRIV3 stands for Transforming Hearts through Respect, Innovation, Vitality, Empowerment, Engagement and Education. We are a Proud Aboriginal Controlled, Not For Profit Charity based in Trangie, NSW 2823 and culturally grounded in Wiradjuri Country and walking with all Australian and First Nations Mobs.

01 路 Where we are going
Our Vision
THRIV3 will be a nationally recognised leader in community-led capability building, workforce development and sustainable opportunities across all rural, regional, remote, First Nations and all Nations across Australia.
We see a future where these communities are no longer treated as places that need rescuing, but as places that lead. Where culture is the engine of growth, not an add-on. Where local people hold the qualifications, the contracts, the jobs and the decisions. Where future generations can thrive because communities have the skills, resources and authority to shape their own futures.
We will help set the standard for how to work with rural, regional, remote, First Nations and non-First Nations communities, by living there, listening first, building genuine partnerships, and walking hand in hand with community.
Walking together as one.
Heart first. Always.

Office of the CEO
Pat SKINNER
Founder, Director and Chief Executive Officer
THRIV3 delivers education, empowerment and engagement to communities most services never reach. Pat SKINNER founded it and leads it, drawing on a career across policing, the Australian Defence Force, emergency response, youth justice and community engagement. He built THRIV3 so red tape is never the reason help arrives late, and on a simple conviction: people are not problems to be managed, and communities are not places that need rescuing. They are places that lead.
